Where to get help.

When you are experiencing a mental health problem, access to support and reliable information can change your life. Knowing where to seek help is a key step in recovery and ongoing management of mental health problems. The team at Beyond Moods® believes everyone with a mental illness challenge should be able to access the appropriate care and services they need.

This website is full of information. We hope you find it helpful. We encourage you to seek professional help from your General Practitioner. If unsatisfied, seek another until you find the best fit. Sometimes it takes a while to find the right help the specifically fits your needs. Don’t give up. If you have life, you are stronger than you might think because you have already made it this far.
